KATE CARR & GAIL PRIEST - VINYL LP LAUNCH

Sydney sound artists Kate Carr and Gail Priest launch their new split 12", Blue | Green through label Flaming Pines at 107 Projects on Sunday Nov 4.

Blue | Green is a conceptual LP in which Kate Carr sonically interpretes the colour of Blue whilst Gail tackles the colour Green. The LP is full of lush field-recordings, audio manipulations and just a touch of melody. A haunting, textural LP and a launch that is bound to be a beautiful sonic experience. 

In support on the night are some of the finest proponents of Australian electro-acoustic experimentalism, Emily Grantham, Broken Chip and Dan Whiting.
